Barra Optics Return Policy

At Barra Optics we aim to offer phenomenal customer service, which includes shipping products that you will keep for a lifetime. We believe that the true integrity of a company is revealed when handling complications. Warranties and policies are only as good as the company that backs them.

In the unusual event that you need to return an item to us, we will do our best to do everything possible to make the process efficient and uncomplicated. Note that we are only able to issue full refunds for unused products returned to Barra Optics within 30 days of the item’s delivery date. Unused condition means that the optic has never been mounted to anything, has never been placed in rings, has no marks, blemishes, or scratches, and is returned in original packaging with all accessories and paperwork.




Step 1: Please email Customer Support at support@barraoptics.com for the Return Material Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to return.

Step 2: Please complete the Product Return Form below.


Step 3: Ship your product and enclose a printed copy of the Return Form and Order Number.


Please make sure to include your complete Order Number. This information is required in order to process your return.
